One day Sherlock was sitting in his living room reading a book, when suddenly a snowball crashed through his window. He looked out and saw that three boys named Paul Crimson, Mark Crimson and John Crimson, were all having a snowball fight. When he went outside to confront the boys, they ran away. Then next day, on his way home, Sherlock found a note pinned to his door, it read;

"? Crimson. He broke your window."

Who did Sherlock question about who broke his window?

The clue is in the last line.
Who did he
question about it.

If you say the "? Crimson. He broke your window." Out loud it comes out as "Question MARK
Crimson. He broke your window"
So...yeah.... Is it Mark?
